With you, we define the project's objectives, scope, and requirements. We identify target audience and user personas, and then we plan the architecture, technology stack, and cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

We create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize the website or cloud solution and plan the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Once you are happy with the design we will move onto the next step.

We will write code according to the chosen technology stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, server-side languages like Java, Go and Rust). Here we also develop backend logic and APIs for cloud integration, implement security measures (e.g., encryption, authentication), all whilst continuously integrating code changes into source control and Continuous Integration pipelines.

During development, we perform unit testing to ensure individual components work correctly and start to conduct integration testing to verify interactions between different parts of the system. During development, we regularly perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to validate functionality and usability.

We maintain comprehensive documentation for the website or cloud solution, including code documentation, user guides, and system architecture diagrams.

We regularly assess and update security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and threats, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) if applicable.

Here we choose an appropriate hosting environment (e.g. cloud-based hosting, dedicated servers), configure servers and infrastructure, and then deploy the website or cloud solution to the chosen environment. We will monitor the deployment for any issues and address them promptly.

We deploy or implement monitoring tools to track performance, security, and usage in order to continuously optimize the application for better scalability, responsiveness, and cost-efficiency. Any updates, patches, and security fixes applied as needed.

We provide ongoing support to address user issues and bug fixes and make plans for future enhancements and feature additions.

We gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and then use this feedback to iterate on the software, adding new features or refining existing ones.

We plan for the eventual end-of-life of the product, including data migration or archiving if necessary.
